Roy and Aimee Marsh

Roy and Aimee were married in the weeks following Hurricane Ike. These native Houstonians  share 3 daughters and 1 grand daughter. They also share a passion for community service.

Roy Marsh graduated from Conroe High School and attended Brown University before graduating from Abilene Christian University with a BBA in Accounting. He held accounting management jobs in both the private and public sectors. Roy joined his brother Robert and their father at Beeper Boutique in 1994.  The cash flow from Beeper Boutique provided for the incubation of Everyones Internet (EV1)in 1998. Beeper Boutique was sold in 1999. Roy and Robert grew EV1 from start up in unused office space of Beeper Boutique to a company with 500 employees servicing 200,000 dial up internet subscribers and almost 20,000 server clients hosting more than 2,000,000 websites. The bothers created a brand and developed almost a cult following amongst their client base. They sold EV1 in 2006. He and his brother founded RM Brothers Development in 2007 and began building homes in 2008.

Aimee graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and then Texas A&M University with a BS in Ocean Engineering.  She began her career with Pelagos Corporation in San Diego California immediately after graduation.  She then joined Seacon where she designed subsea fiber optic connectors and assisted on a patent for the through hull fiber optic connector for submarine towed arrays eventually taking over Management of the Fiber Optic Department. Upon her return to Houston TX she has worked for various service contractors in sales and she was Project Manager for Saipem America’s decommissioning project of 3 toppled platforms caused by hurricane Rita.  She has used her degree in the offshore oil and gas sector for over 15 years and is currently Regional Account Manager for Canyon Offshore, a Helix Company.

Roy and Aimee are deeply involved in giving back to the local community. Roy has been a member of the Board of Houston Children’s Assessment Center for the past 4 years. He is a proud Director of Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and serves on 3 committees at the Rodeo. He and his brother have been honored by numerous organizations for their philanthropy including American Heart Association, Citizens for Animal Protection, The NBA Wives Foundation, to name a few. He has chaired fundraising events for Houston Children’s Assessment Center, Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Citizens for Animal Protection, Elves and More, The Center for Success and Independence, and American Heart Association. He has been a generous supporter of all the groups mentioned and Sunshine Kids, Texas Childrens’ Hospital, Houston Area Women’s Center, Rudy T Foundation and Special Olympics. Aimee is a long time volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and a member of the Trees of Hope Guild benefitting the Star of Hope. She has served on the Board of Marine Technology Society for the past 8 years. She has co-chaired events for the Women’s Fund and for American Diabetes Association. She has recently volunteered with Sunshine Kids.

In their spare time, Roy and Aimee are working on a global permanent solution for World Peace.
